International Conference Plagiarism across Europe and Beyond
12th-13th June 2013

The IPPHEAE project is funded by the European Union. The project team is investigating policies and procedures in place in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) across the whole of Europe for detecting and preventing student plagiarism. We are interested in comparing the situation within and across countries and we are also interested in finding out how effective the current practices are. The project also includes the development of some new tools for helping with this global problem. More information on http://ippheae.eu/.

Conference Topics

Research papers, posters and workshops are welcome in following areas:

• Best practices and strategies for awareness, prevention, detection of academic misconduct
• Innovation in use of e-tools and technologies for addressing plagiarism

• National and local responses to plagiarism
• Impacts on student plagiarism arising from the Bologna process

Registration Fee

Regsitration fee for confrerence participant (and Ph.D. students) includes conference attendance, coffee breaks, luncheons, conference dinner, proceedings and other conference materials, and supporting programme.

Rate for accompanying persons includes coffee breaks, luncheons, conference dinner and supporting programme. Accompanying persons are not allowed to submit papers and will not receive any conference materials. Each conference participamt may take max. 1 accompanying person.
